Information on the processing of personal data under the GDPR.
Note: The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Ipsom GmbH, Dr.-Walter-Waizer-Straße 1a, 6130 Schwaz, Austria

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
Hosting provider: HOSTINGER operations, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, Vilnius 03230, Lithuania (email: domains@hostinger.com). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
This website uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and embeds no web analytics services. Only technically necessary functions are used. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is required.
If you use the contact/demo form or email us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, type of business and your message) in order to handle your enquiry and contact you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Form messages are transmitted without any external form service provider. On submission, the form content is processed on our server and delivered to our email address over an encrypted SMTP connection (TLS) via our mail server. There is no disclosure to third parties; only our hosting and mail providers act as processors.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient handling of enquiries).
To protect our contact form against automated abuse and spam, we use "Google reCAPTCHA" (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). reCAPTCHA analyses visitor behaviour based on various characteristics to determine whether input originates from a human or an automated program; this analysis runs in the background and may transmit data (e.g. IP address, time on site, mouse movements) to Google.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse and spam). Google acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a data processing agreement. Further information: Google Privacy Policy.
This website embeds fonts via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) as a CDN. Your IP address may be transmitted to the provider. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation). To avoid this transmission, the fonts can alternatively be embedded locally (self-hosted).
This marketing website itself does not process payments. Online payment takes place exclusively within the booking platform of the respective transfer company via the payment service provider Stripe and is subject to its privacy policy.
Data is transmitted to recipients only insofar as this is necessary to answer your enquiry or to operate the website (e.g. host, form service). Where data is transferred to a third country, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, a message to office@ipsom.at is sufficient.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna (www.dsb.gv.at).
This privacy policy is updated as needed to reflect changes in the legal situation or services. Last updated: July 2026.
